개인정보 처리방침Privacy Policy

1. 수집하는 정보

개발자는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 다만 앱을 무료로 제공하기 위해 광고(Google AdMob)를 표시하며, AdMob은 광고 제공·측정 및 분석을 위해 다음과 같은 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다:

• 식별자 — 기기 ID(광고 식별자 포함)
• 광고 데이터 — 예: 표시·상호작용한 광고
• 사용 데이터 — 제품 상호작용(앱 사용 기록)
• 위치 — 대략적 위치
• 진단 — 충돌 데이터, 성능 데이터

위 데이터의 일부는 사용자의 신원에 연결될 수 있으며, 다른 회사가 소유한 앱·웹사이트를 통해 사용자를 추적(cross-app tracking)하는 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다. 이러한 추적은 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 동의를 따르며, 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤형 광고가 표시됩니다(자세한 내용 §3).

2. 기기 내 저장

방문 기록, 북마크, 탭, 웹 쿠키·캐시, 앱 설정은 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 내 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제에서 언제든 지울 수 있으며, 임시 탭에서 연 페이지는 기록·쿠키가 저장되지 않고 앱을 종료하면 사라집니다.

3. 제3자 서비스

• Google Cast SDK — 크롬캐스트 등 캐스트 기기를 검색·연결·제어하는 데 사용합니다.
• Google AdMob — 앱을 무료로 제공하기 위해 광고를 표시합니다. 맞춤형 광고와 광고 측정·분석을 위해 §1의 데이터를 수집하며, 이 정보는 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트에서 사용자를 추적하는 데 사용될 수 있습니다. 맞춤형 광고를 위해 ATT 동의를 요청하며, 동의하지 않아도 광고는 비맞춤형으로 계속 표시됩니다. AdMob이 수집·처리하는 데이터는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
• Apple 인앱 결제 — '광고 제거' 구매는 Apple을 통해 처리되며, 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하고 개발자는 이에 접근하지 않습니다.

개발자는 위에 명시한 제3자 서비스 외에 별도의 자체 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 네트워크 및 캐스트 콘텐츠

캐스트를 시작하면 사용자가 선택한 스트림/URL은 캐스트 기기 및 해당 웹사이트와 직접 통신하며, 개발자의 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 로컬 네트워크 접근 권한은 캐스트 기기 검색·연결 목적에만 사용됩니다. 사용자가 방문하는 웹사이트는 각자의 정책에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 정책 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 갱신된 내용과 날짜를 게시합니다.

1. Information We Collect

The developer runs no servers and does not collect or store your personal information directly. However, to offer the app for free it shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect the following data to serve, measure, and analyze ads:

• Identifiers — device ID (including the advertising identifier)
• Advertising Data — e.g., ads shown or interacted with
• Usage Data — product interaction (in-app activity)
• Location — coarse location
• Diagnostics — crash data, performance data

Some of this data may be linked to your identity and may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies (cross-app tracking). Such tracking is subject to your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown (see Section 3).

2. On-Device Storage

Browsing history, bookmarks, tabs, web cookies/cache, and app settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to any external server. You can erase them anytime via Settings → Delete All Data; pages opened in a temporary tab keep no history or cookies and are discarded when the app is closed.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Cast SDK — used to discover, connect to, and control cast devices such as Chromecast.
• Google AdMob — shows ads so the app can be offered for free. For personalized ads and ad measurement/analytics it collects the data in Section 1, which may be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. It requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent for personalized ads; if you decline, non-personalized ads are still shown. Data AdMob collects and processes is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple In-App Purchase — the "Remove Ads" purchase is handled by Apple; payment details are processed by Apple and are not accessible to the developer.

The developer uses no separate first-party analytics tools beyond the third-party services listed above.

4. Network & Cast Content

When you start casting, the stream/URL you choose is exchanged directly between the cast device and the source website; it does not pass through the developer's servers. Local network access is used only to find and connect to cast devices. Websites you visit may process information under their own policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
