이용약관Terms of Use

1. 서비스의 성격

Cast to TV는 사용자가 선택한 웹 콘텐츠를 크롬캐스트 등 TV 기기로 캐스트하는 웹 브라우저 겸 캐스트 도구입니다.

2. 광고 및 무료 제공

본 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영을 위해 제3자 광고 네트워크(Google AdMob)를 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 앱을 사용함으로써 앱 내에 광고가 표시될 수 있음에 동의하게 됩니다. 광고 콘텐츠는 제3자가 제공하며, 개발자는 개별 광고의 내용·정확성 및 광고주 사이트에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 맞춤형 광고 및 추적 동의(ATT) 등 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 콘텐츠에 대한 고지

본 앱은 어떤 영상·음원·콘텐츠도 저장·호스팅·제공하지 않으며, 사용자가 직접 여는 웹사이트의 콘텐츠를 표시·전달할 뿐입니다.

4. 사용자의 책임

사용자는 본인이 시청·캐스트할 법적 권리가 있는 콘텐츠만 이용해야 합니다. 제3자 사이트 콘텐츠 이용 및 저작권 등 법령 준수 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있으며, 불법 복제물 시청·배포 등 위법하거나 권리를 침해하는 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 보증의 부인

본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 특정 웹사이트·스트림의 재생·호환·연결을 보장하지 않습니다. 서비스는 사전 통지 없이 변경·중단될 수 있습니다.

6. 책임의 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 본 앱 및 개발자는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불능, 제3자 콘텐츠, 캐스트 기기 동작으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다.

7. 권리 침해 신고

본인의 저작물 등 권리가 침해되었다고 판단되면 supungbab@gmail.com 으로 신고해 주세요. 본 앱은 콘텐츠를 호스팅하지 않으므로, 실제 콘텐츠에 대한 조치는 해당 콘텐츠를 게시한 제3자 사이트에 요청해야 할 수 있습니다.

8. 약관 변경 및 준거법

본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

1. Nature of the Service

Cast to TV is a web browser and casting tool that lets you cast web content you choose to a TV device such as Chromecast.

2. Advertising & Free of Charge

The app is provided free of charge and, to support its operation, shows ads through a third-party ad network (Google AdMob). By using the app you agree that ads may be displayed within it. Ad content is provided by third parties, and the developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or advertiser sites of any individual ad. How advertising-related data is handled — including personalized ads and tracking consent (ATT) — is governed by the Privacy Policy.

3. About Content

The app does not store, host, or provide any video, audio, or other content. It only displays and relays the content of websites you open yourself.

4. Your Responsibility

You may only use content you have the legal right to view and cast. You are solely responsible for your use of third-party site content and for complying with copyright and other laws. You must not use the app for unlawful or infringing purposes, including viewing or distributing pirated material.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" with no guarantee that any particular website or stream will play, be compatible, or connect. The service may change or be discontinued without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app and its developer are not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the app, third-party content, or cast device behavior.

7. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact supungbab@gmail.com. Because the app hosts no content, action on the actual content may need to be requested from the third-party site that published it.

8. Changes & Governing Law

These terms may be updated and will be posted on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
